Efficient And Effective
Serving as both Architect and Project Manager, the TERVA Design Solutions Team hit the ground running on this multi-phased project. Not only did the Team handle the renovation of the lab space, they also coordinated cosmetic upgrades on the remaining areas of the 4th and 5th floors to provide a complete and finished look to the overall space. The new operational and attractive space was accomplished in an accelerated two-month time frame and completed within the project budget.
