TERVA is proud to have been selected by the Town of Millbury to serve as Owner’s Project Manager for this $19.5 million capital improvement initiative. The project includes comprehensive roof replacement and the modernization of rooftop mechanical systems at two key facilities: Millbury Memorial Jr./Sr. High School and Elmwood Street Elementary School.
TERVA is providing full project management services, including planning, coordination, execution efforts, and construction oversight. The improvements are designed to significantly enhance building performance by increasing energy efficiency, improving indoor air quality, and ensuring reliable, modernized mechanical systems. Upon completion, the project will extend the useful life of both facilities while creating healthier, more sustainable learning environments for students and staff.
