Project: Master Plan Study
This was truly a TERVA Team effort! Both TERVA Project Management and TERVA Design Solutions Teams came together to assist Milford Regional Medical Center with creating a comprehensive Master Plan. The TERVA Team worked to gather information, prepare graphics, diagrams, and charts and assemble in a cohesive Master Plan for the Center.
The goal of the Master Plan was to provide programming and planning for upcoming projects and the future growth of the Medical Center. TERVA developed the Master Plan and included detailed constituent participation, programming, financial revenue analysis, cost modeling, space utilization inventory, documentation, executive summaries, and presentations. TERVA also assisted with programming and test fits for future projects.
With the Master Plan in place, the future is bright for the Milford Regional Medical Center.
