The Foxborough Regional Charter Middle School roof was in need of replacement. TERVA was selected as the OPM to manage the complete roof replacement project. The project entailed removal of 55,000 square feet of tar and gravel coverage and installation of a new PVC roof and insulation. As part of the overall project, replacement of all roof edge metal and metal panels was required, along with masonry repairs. Upgrades to the roof drainage system, and removal, relocation, and reinstallation of all rooftop equipment was included in the scope.

Operating under an accelerated procurement timeline and constrained summer construction schedule, TERVA came onboard and immediately got the project to the bid market for a summer 2023 start. Mobilization began the day after school ended in June of 2023 and the project was completed by the end of October 2023. TERVA sequenced the project to have all classrooms ready for the start of school in September with the balance of completion at Media Center and school service areas so as not to interfere with classes.
