POWER DISTRIBUTION UPGRADE

After completing a fit-out design of an existing garage maintenance building for a new drone testing facility, Northeastern partnered with TERVA to secure approval for a long-overdue upgrade for the iSUPER Vehicle Parking Garage and adjacent site utilities buildings.

The project replaced the aging post–World War II electrical distribution systems, including deteriorated 480-volt and 208-volt systems, with a modern, efficient, and reliable distribution network. Led by TEC’s senior electrical engineer, the upgrade significantly enhanced system safety, performance, and long-term resilience—providing the University with a robust foundation for future facility needs.
