Bridgewater fire headquarters
The Town of Bridgewater designed and constructed a new state-of-the-art Fire Station Headquarters on Pleasant Street in Bridgewater.
The Ribbon Cutting Ceremony took place on January 31, 2026 marking the completion of the new state-of-the-art facility replacing the town’s aging 19th-century station. The new facility was designed to serve the community for many years to come.
The new two-floor building features locker room facilities, a conference room and classroom for on-site training sessions, and living facilities for on-duty firefighters, including sleeping quarters, a kitchen, dining area, day room and physical training room. The new facility also includes apparatus bays with entrances that can accommodate larger vehicles such as a tower truck and airboat.
TERVA Engineering was selected by the Town to provide Commissioning services during design, construction, and turnover. TERVA will also provide an on-going Commissioning Plan which will allow the team to monitor and maintain systems throughout the life of the building.
