Exterior cladding and exhaust replacement

TERVA Design Solutions and TERVA Engineering teamed up to work on an exterior cladding and exhaust replacement project at a maintenance garage located in Plymouth, MA. The project design involved recladding of the exterior building and improving the garage’s ventilation systems. The project is anticipated to be completed in the summer of 2024.

A Team Effort

The TERVA Engineering Team worked with the TERVA Design Solutions Team and provided mechanical drawings to fit out the approximate 3,800SF car repair garage. 

With the assistance of one or our HVAC vendors, TERVA Engineering provided drawings and control sequences specifying a new gas detection system to operate with new exhaust fans in the space. The Team provided bid drawings to detail installation and supports for the successful completion.
