Driven by continued growth and a commitment to exceptional patient experience, Bay Eye Center decided to relocate its Mansfield practice to a newly renovated 5,000 square foot facility on North Main Street. Formerly a hardware store, the space has been completely transformed into a modern, patient-focused eye care environment that blends clinical efficiency with the welcoming warmth and comfort patients have come to expect from Bay Eye Center.
The new facility features a welcoming reception and waiting area, exam and testing rooms, an inviting eyewear showroom, and well-organized staff and support spaces. Designed in alignment with Bay Eye Center’s brand standards, the layout ensures a consistent patient experience and smooth operational flow across all locations.
TERVA Design Solutions partnered closely with the Bay Eye Center team - documenting existing conditions, refining the plan layout, and translating the practice’s functional and aesthetic goals into a bright, efficient, and professional space that reflects Bay Eye Center’s commitment to exceptional patient care.
