NORTHEASTERN ROUX INSTITUTE MILESTONE
TERVA is proud to share a major project milestone at the new Northeastern University Roux Campus in Portland, Maine. The garage foundation has been successfully completed, paving the way for the exciting next phase of construction.
This week, Dailey Precast LLC, A Peckham Family Company, mobilized on site to begin the erection of the precast panels that will form the structure of the garage. Transitioning from the foundation to vertical construction marks a significant turning point in any project, and our team is excited to see this progress take shape on the Roux Campus.
We would like to extend our appreciation to Consigli Construction Co., Inc. for their leadership on this project, and to the many skilled crews who contributed their expertise to reach this stage. Special recognition goes to Shaw Brothers Construction, Inc., Marguerite Concrete, Inc., H.B. Fleming, Inc., E.S. Boulos Company, and Johnson & Jordan, Inc., all of whom played key roles in delivering the foundation work highlighted in our project video.
This milestone represents not just the completion of a foundation, but the momentum that will carry the project forward into its next chapters. We look forward to sharing more updates as the garage begins to rise and the Northeastern University Roux Campus vision continues to come to life.
