GROUNDBREAKING CELEBRATION NORTHEASTERN UNIVERSITY’s ROUX INSTITUTE, PORTLAND

On Friday, September 13, 2024, the official Groundbreaking Ceremony took place for Northeastern University’s new Roux Campus in Portland, Maine, a state-of-the-art, multi-building complex that will serve as a hub for education and research.

TERVA is serving as project manager for the campus buildout focused on the 13 acre campus site and infrastructure, a new parking garage and daycare facility, renovation of the 58,000 square foot former B&M factory, and construction of a 245,000 square foot Learning, Research, and Collaboration Building.
