Job Title: Client Services Lead
Location: 100 Main Street, Ste. 108, Whitinsville, MA 01588
Hours: 40 hours per week
Job Duties:
Review and approve project documentation, change orders, and subcontractor agreements.
Advise on project-specific issues including budget, schedule, administration, and strategy.
Monitor project progress, identify deviations from plans, and implement corrective actions.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management regarding project status, risks, issues, future staffing projections, and client feedback.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and other legal requirements.
Manage project resources including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize efficiency and productivity.
Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Lead project team meetings and communicate project objectives, requirements, and expectations.
Mentor junior staff.
Requirements:
Master’s degree in construction project management, engineering, or a related field
One (1) year of experience in an occupation in the field of construction management
OSHA 30 Certification and completion of at least level two (2) of Construction Manager in Training program (CMIT®) administered by the Construction Management Association of America.
Demonstrated knowledge of industry-standard construction methods and materials for public and private sector projects
Use of construction project management software like Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent tool to manage project timelines.
Preparing and managing project budgets, including cost estimation and financial reporting.
Experience reviewing project contracts, architectural mechanical plumbing drawings, scopes, and construction bids.
Knowledge of federal occupational health and safety regulations applicable to construction sites and experience implementing and monitoring safety plans on construction sites.
Working with interdisciplinary teams to deliver multiple projects simultaneously
Must report to client sites on a weekly basis within New England (MA, CT, ME, NH, RI, VT).
** Demonstrated knowledge or experience is equivalent to at least 6 months of work experience as it cannot be learned during a reasonable period of on-the-job training.
