Omar Malkawi

Project Manager | TERVA Project Management

Omar is a Project Manager on the TERVA Team. With a background in architecture, he works directly with end-users and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of a project. He is diligent, thorough and meticulous with exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Currently, Omar is providing project management services for Northeastern University delivering projects in office, academic and residential spaces on the Boston Campus. He works closely with Facilities Management throughout all stages of the project and manages all vendors including audio visual, information technology and furniture, fixtures and equipment. Omar also has experience working at Northeastern University as an OPM where he supported program-level consulting for the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority.
