MARIA HAWKINS

ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER | TERVA PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Maria is a skilled Assistant Project Manager at TERVA having worked in the AEC industry for more than 15 years. She is involved in all phases of a project including pre-design, design, construction, and project closeout. As a focused and results-oriented project professional, she supports the entire team with contract administration, coordination of project scope and timeline, communication, collaboration, and dispute resolution.

Previously, Maria was an architectural designer and contributed to projects in Massachusetts, New York, and New Jersey, and acted as a consulting designer for projects overseas. She established and was principal of her own design studio for 10 years and lived, designed, and was part of project teams in the Caribbean, Latin America, Europe, and Africa. Maria brings her knowledge and understanding of the designer side to assist the project team with design development and documentation.

With her wide-range of experience, a team-oriented, hands-on approach and excellent organizational and communication skills, Maria is an integral member of the project team.
