Joyand is a results-oriented, seasoned construction and capital projects leader with over 20 years of experience delivering complex academic, research, and institutional facilities. As a Senior Project Manager at TERVA, Joyand will lead complex projects from planning through completion aligning client expectations with successful project outcomes. He will provide strategic direction for project scope, address challenges, manage schedule and budget, and foster a collaborative environment to drive project success.

Joyand brings extensive experience from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology where he led multi-million-dollar capital programs exceeding $1B in cumulative value and is recognized for aligning construction delivery with institutional strategy. He has demonstrated expertise in large-scale laboratory construction, public procurement, regulatory compliance, budget development, cost forecasting, risk mitigation, and full lifecycle project execution. Joyand excels at optimizing internal processes, strengthening cross-functional collaboration, and consistently delivering projects on time and within budget making him an integral member of the TERVA Team.
