Jeni brings over 15 years of financial and project controls experience, in the construction industry, to the TERVA Team as the firm’s Controller. She established the accounting standards at TERVA and created daily, monthly and annual processes to manage the business outlook for the future. Jeni is responsible for and oversees all accounting, payroll, insurance, human resources, information technology, equipment, and corporate accounts. She is detail-oriented and forward-thinking; always finding and implementing more efficient ways to manage the company and provide for the needs of the Team.
Jeni gained her experience through roles including Project Controls Analyst, Job Cost Accountant, and Senior Accountant at various companies where she established project controls protocol, created custom cost reporting, projected and analyzed financial performance of projects, managed accounting services including corporate financial reporting, spearheaded new software, and trained and supervised new employees.
