He performs daily site visits to review workmanship, quality and safety on active projects and is responsible for the project schedule, daily field reports, and managing construction documentation. Jim facilitates construction activities that affect clients, buildings and occupants. His on-site experience and skills allow him to closely monitor the pulse of a project, bridging the gap between owner, designer and contractors. With his strong leadership skills, hands-on approach, and excellent communication skills, Jim creates a collaborative environment and is an integral part of the overall project team.
