Jacob is a skilled commissioning and systems professional with a strong foundation in building automation, MEP systems, and engineering design. He brings hands-on experience to the TERVA Engineering Team in commissioning, programming, and system integration across healthcare, higher education, and institutional environments.
With a practical, solutions-oriented approach, Jacob will work on a variety of projects reviewing and analyzing complex building automation systems, leading functional testing and commissioning efforts, and coordinating with the greater team for project success. He has a proven ability to manage projects from design review through closeout, support LEED certification processes, and troubleshoot systems. Known for his technical acumen, attention to detail, and professionalism, Jacob is committed to strong client relationships and delivering high quality outcomes.
