As an Assistant Project Manager, Colleen is hardworking and resourceful and has proven herself to be a quick thinker and able to navigate high stress situations in an effective manner. She is able to anticipate issues before they arise and put a plan in place to mitigate the risks associated with the issues.
Colleen began her career in the construction industry working in building systems commissioning where she gained an understanding of and experience in mechanical systems and building operations and learned the importance of providing a fully functional product that does not take away from the architectural design intent. She also has an extensive background working in laboratory spaces from successfully managing a variety of lab moves and renovations in higher education facilities.
With a Master’s Degree in Facilities Management and her experience, Colleen seamlessly transitioned to the project management side of the construction industry and is currently managing several projects ranging from lab renovations and moves to state-of-the-art energy focused infrastructure upgrades.
