As an Assistant Project Manager at TERVA, Bayan brings her educational background and experience to support the Project Management Team on all aspects of a project from pre-planning through completion. She utilizes her organizational and problem-solving skills to maintain project timelines, scope of work, and schedule. Through effective communication and collaboration, Bayan assists with keeping the team informed of all developments and maintaining a pleasant work environment.

Bayan earned a Master’s Degree in Project Management, a Master’s Degree in International Real Estate and Planning, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management, and is a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM). She has strong technical skills and is well-versed on many programs.
