Alexandra (Ali) joins TERVA bringing her extensive experience in Project Management and Operations Leadership in the healthcare industry to the Team. She is assertive and enthusiastic with a strong interest in QA/QI initiatives with applied usage of Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Ali excels at planning and process improvements and has excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Prior to joining TERVA, Ali facilitated capital projects and strategic space planning at Tufts Medicine for multiple service lines. She was also the Business Operations and Project Manager at Tufts Medical Center where she led a team of over 60 employees run an operating room.

Ali prides herself on a strong work ethic, building solid relationships, and having a positive attitude. While she takes her work very seriously, Ali brings a lighthearted approach to the project environment and team fostering a collaborative and friendly atmosphere, open line of communication, and making everyone feel valued.
